The existence of fairies in Middle Earth is a well-known fact.

There are many companion entities in our world, ranging from faeries to angels to plant divas. To access their energy, all we have to do is allow our curiosity and intuition to be open to the odd.

Fairies are industrious and deeply committed to their duty as stewards of the planet. The god of the natural world, Pan, supports them in their activities and serves as another human ally in the guardianship of the planet. You will find Pan to be a thoughtful and clever person if you ever get the chance to meet him, which I really hope you do. Pan, a gentle yet strong leader, guides the faery world in an ongoing effort to restore the damage that man has caused by intensive farming methods, his quest for oil, valuable stones, and metals.

A cottage garden will make you very popular among the faeries. They adore every kind of plant, but they are particularly drawn to daisies, daffodils, tulips, grape hyacinth, dianthus, nasturtiums, umbelliferous plants like carrot and dill, poppies, columbine, bleeding heart, and of course, ferns and vines.

A large dandelion was discovered by a small fairy who was gathering wishes. She decided to take it home because it was too hefty to fly with. She refused the other fairies' offers of assistance because she was too arrogant and self-assured. She had no idea that the wishes were coming true all the way back. All of the wishes were gone by the time she got home. Disappointed, she turned around to retrieve them, and on her way back to each desire, she learnt the details of who had done what. 

By placing these fairies in your garden at will, you can draw in other faeries and otherworldly beings.
